Fermented Australian sugarcane is double distilled and stashed away in first re-use ex-bourbon barrels. It serves a term at high strength, then taken back to bottling strength then returned to the barrels. Shaped by the Riverland climate and ghosts of bourbons past, the result is pure gold!
