36 Short Distillery's Gold Rakia is a wine-based spirit, which, due to the ageing and distillation process, gives it its subtly sweet and smooth flavour with a hint of anise making it the ideal match with charcuterie and cheese boards, red meat dishes and even pickled vegetables. It's also a wonderful digestif.
