Capricorn Distillery's Spiced Rum is a finely crafted, small-batch distillation of Central Queensland molasses, and a hearty blend of fruits and spices.
 
Double distilled in a traditional copper pot still,  then left to age in European and American ex-Shiraz and ex-bourbon oak barrels as well as new oak, the rum matures quickly in Queensland's tropical heat to produce a dark and hearty spirit.
