The Hoochery's Ord River Overproof Rum is a thing of glory. Created with Australian sugarcane molasses that's fermented in traditional small vats then put through their iconic double pot still, the Hoochery team then mature the rum in 300-litre oak barrels, blended with pure monsoonal rainwater and filtered through mahogany charcoal to deliver a full flavour and a smooth finish.
 
Not your usual eye-watering OP—this is good honest rum, with a bit of a kick. Good in cocktails but even better with just a touch of water or a single cube of ice.
