Made with the finest Aussie brown sugar, Illegal Tender's Spiced is carefully double distilled in their four-plate copper still then aged for colour in ex-Margaret River Shiraz French oak casks for one to three months. 
 
The sumptuous spicy flavour of this unique spirit comes from head distiller Codie Palmer's addition of 20 distilled essential oils, including Aussie superstars like Kakadu plum, lemon myrtle, quandong, wild rosella and wattleseed.
