This signature gin took the Wolf and Woman team by surprise as this husband-and-wife duo set out to create something bold and unique.
 
Aussie native botanical pepper leaf is the shinning hero here, and along with coastal sea lettuce, that the distillers pick by hand, this gin comes alive in martinis, G&Ts and really anything else that gin goes in. This is small batch gin at its finest.
 
You may notice this gin go a little cloudy if stored in the fridge. This is caused by the intense botanical oils that often become cloudy in colder temperatures, which can be mitigated by filtering, but that strips away flavour.
